About us
DYSECO was founded in 2019 by passionate climate engineers combining hands-on expertise with deep knowledge from scientific research conducted at Eindhoven University of Technology. DYSECO makes high efficient climate control, monitoring and analysis available for critical environments such as museums through in-house developed smart climate solutions.
Mission
Our mission is to aid in achieving net zero energy goals and accelerate the transition to a low carbon economy. We do this by enabling our clients to achieve an optimal ‘fit for purpose’ indoor climate at the lowest energy demand possible.
Sustainability
DYSECO supports the advancement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. We help our customers to achieve their sustainability goals set for 2030, and beyond. Of course we limit our own footprint to the bare minimum: Our operation is lean and mostly digital, moreover, our products have a minimal embedded energy.

Rick Kramer, PhD
Managing Director
Rick has a background in
mechanical and building
engineering and is passionate about cultural heritage. With the DYSECO team he focuses on valorisation of innovations he is working on at the Eindhoven University of Technology.
Edgar Neuhaus, MSc
Specialist Heritage & HVAC systems
Edgar studied mechanical
engineering and building services. For more than 15 years he has been working as an advisor for the heritage field. Within DYSECO he helps to improve sustainability in museums, historic churches, archives and art storages.
Marieke Sieprath
Office Manager
Marieke enjoys working with
people and has an eye for their needs. After working as a social worker for 15 years, she now takes care of communication and organisation within DYSECO.
